The solicitation number is W81K00-21- Q-0146 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will be not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20210224. This solicitation is to obtain Neoprobe Console for Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This acquisition is 100% Small Business SET ASIDE. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached.
