Synopsis – Laundry Services The Reynolds Army Community (RAHC) Hospital located in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, has submitted a requirement to obtain laundry services for their facility. Non-personnel services the Contractor shall provide all facilities, management, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform laundry services for Reynolds Army Health Clinic (RAHC) Ft. Sill, Oklahoma in accordance with International Fabricare Institute (IFI), best standard commercial laundry and mandatory directives listed in Section 6. The Contractor shall ensure universal precautions (as discussed in 29 CFR, 1910.1030) are maintained while providing services under this contract. The Contractor shall collect soiled laundry, provide laundry services, and deliver clean laundry. The laundry pickup and delivery of the Medical Treatment Facility will be at Building 4301 located at Fort Sill Oklahoma. The Contractor shall provide all facilities, equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles, and mobility fuels necessary to perform laundry services for Fort Sill, OK in support of RAHC. The Contractor shall transport the laundry to their facility off of the installation, launder the items, and return those items to the pickup and delivery location at Bldg. 4301 on Fort Sill. Soiled and laundered items shall not physically touch or become commingled during any process while in the possession of the Contractor. The Contractor shall launder clinic items to include: Pillowcases; Sheets, cotton, bed; Sheets, fitted; Tablecloth, plain, large; Towels, hand; Baby Items (less diapers); Bathrobes; Blankets, cotton; Blankets, wool; Wash Cloths; Scrub Shirts; Operating Room Tunics; X-Ray Gowns; Operating Room Gowns, Pajama Coat; Pajama Trousers; Patient Gowns (tie/snap); Scrub Trousers; Bath Towels; Medial Wrappers; Rugs (4’x8’ and 4’x10’); Pillows; Sheet Skin; Laundry Bags (large); Privacy Curtains; Napkins; Small, Medium and Large Miscellaneous Items; Smocks; Bed Heating Pad; Blue Lab Coats; White Physician Smocks; White Physician Smocks must be washed, pressed and returned on “wire hangers”. Additionally, the Contractor shall possess all certifications and licenses to provide the required services in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws. This requirement will have a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. The estimated periods of performance are as follows: Base Period - 30 September 2020 to 29 September 2021; Option 1 - 30 September 2021 to 29 September 2022; and, Option 2 - 30 September 2022 to 29 September 2023. Note: The periods of performance above are subject to change based on the date the solicitation is released. The attached draft copy of the Performance Work Statement is subject to change. This requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 812332, Industrial Launderers, which has a size standard of $32.5 Million. The solicitation will be available on or about 31 August 2020 and will be posted in the Government Point of Entry which on the System for Award Management (https://beta.sam.gov/). An active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code are required. The solicitation will be posted for ten days or less. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
