This contract is for the provision of and management of non-personal services in the form of sharpening, repairing, laser-marking, and maintaining all WBAMC surgical instruments and instrument containers as well as entering date into an instrument tracking system. Contract shall provide all resources necessary to perform these services. Contractor shall pick up and return all instruments from the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) located within WBAMC, 5005 N. Piedras, El Paso, TX. All services shall be performed within a Contractor-owned/operated work facility. If such facility is a mobile vehicle, the Contractor is permitted to station said vehicle on WBAMC property while in the course of performing these services and for periods not to exceed nine (9) consecutive hours.
