The Government anticipates the release of a written Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the services of Standardized Patients in support of the Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) Sexual Assault Medical Forensic (SAMFE) course at various Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in both the European Command (EUCOM) and the Indo-Pacific Command (IPACOM). The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West (MRCO-W) has an upcoming requirement for the services of Standardized Patients for the United States Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) Sexual Assault Medical Forensic Examiner (SAMFE) course at various Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in both the European Command (EUCOM) and the Indo-Pacific Command (IPACOM). This requirement is for two (2) Standardized Patients per iteration. The Government anticipates issuing one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price contract for this requirement, which will include a twelve-month base year plus four (4) twelve-month option years. Each Standardized Patient will be required to perform 15 encounters per iteration; there will be eight (8) iterations per year. ***See PWS for full description of requirement*** Responses to the Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility in providing the Standardized Patient services described in the attached PWS.
