The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West (MRCO-W), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX is requesting information and conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing the services of Standardized Patients Models for the Interservice Physician Assistant Program’s (IPAP) Reproduction Training Aides (RTA) Lab Training in support of the US Army Medical Department Center of Excellence (MEDCoE). This requirement is for fifteen (15) Standardized Patients per session (eight females and seven males). Each Standardized Patient (SP) can have up to two (2) encounters per student with a maximum of 15 students and Instructors (Female SPs) and 13 students and Instructors (Male SPs). Services will be at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611710, Educational Support Services, and the standard size is $24,000,000. The periods of performance are as follows: Base Year (3 Sessions): 3-5 Dec 2025; 3-5 Apr 2026; 2-4 Aug 2026 1st Option Year (3 Sessions): 2-4 Dec 2026; 7-9 Apr 2027; 4-6 Aug 2027 2nd Option Year (3 Sessions): 1-3 Dec 2027; 5-7 Apr 2028; 2-4 Aug 2028 3rd Option Year (3 Sessions): 6-8 Dec 2028; 4-6 Apr 2029; 8-10 Aug 2029 4th Option Year (3 Sessions): 5-7 Dec 2029; 3-5 Apr 2030; 7-9 Aug 2030 MRCO-W is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as part of market research to determine if there is an adequate number of qualified, interested contractors that are capable of satisfying the requirement, and whether a small business set-aside is appropriate. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of MRCO-W's market research. No Request for Quote (RFQ) exists at this time. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice are NOT quotes on which MRCO-W can issue any contract. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute an RFQ. All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the Sources Sought Notice will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. MRCO-W will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought.
