This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Compounded Pharmaceuticals to be provided on an as-needed basis to Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation, under which Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Orders will be issued. The IDIQ contract will have a 5-year ordering period: 01 October 2024 through 30 September 2029. This is a total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.5.
