This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-24- Q-0159 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20240627. This solicitation is to obtain Healon Pro OVD 10MG/ML 0.85ML for Brooke Army Medical Center, Department of Pharmacy, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1300 personnel. This acquisition is full and open. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached.
