GENERAL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Agilent Aristan Reagents to be used in Government-owned equipment. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A brand name justification accompanies this solicitation, in accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6). Quoters may only provide quotes for the items specified within the pricing schedule of the solicitation. This solicitation and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2024-05 and DFARS publication notice 20240627. The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 325413. This solicitation is unrestricted. QUOTE SUBMISSION Quoters must submit all quotes and correspondence to christopher.a.gregory11.civ@health.mil and robyn.a.villafranco.civ@health.mil. Quotes must be submitted no later than the time indicated in SF1449 (Block 8, Page 1) of the solicitation. NOTES Quoters are urged to thoroughly read and understand all requirements of the subject solicitation. Those submitting a quote in response to this solicitation must ensure that its quote fully complies with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Quoters are urged to pay particular attention to 52.212-2 Addendum.
