The intent of this sources-sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist by determining if this effort can be successfully competed and/or set-aside for small businesses. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Sequence #: 1293, 2022 NAPCS Code: 51504010102 maintenance and repair services for precision electronic medical equipment. The size standard is $34.0M. THE GOVERNMENT WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO DETERMINE THE BEST ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. The government is interested in all large and small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. MEDICAL READINESS CONTRACTING OFFICE WEST (MRCO-W) FORT BLISS, TEXAS, is seeking a Period of Performance (PoP) (anticipated) as 01 May 2024 (Tentative) to 30 April 2025 plus two option years. Base Year: 01 May 2024 thru 30 April 2025. Option Year One (1): 01 May 2025 thru 30 April 2026. Option Year Two (2): 01 May 2026 thru 30 April 2027. THIS REQUIREMENT IS EXPECTED TO RESULT IN THE AWARD OF A SINGLE FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT. The anticipated period of performance is a base year with two option years.
