COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W81K00-24-Q-0046 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-24- Q-0046 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will be not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20231117. This solicitation is for Preventive Maintenance (Full Service Plan) on the Hologic Tissue Processor at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, Texas. The period of performance is 1 April 2024- 31 March 2025 plus two 12-month options. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210 with a size standard of $34M. This acquisition is conducted as a full and open competition. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached.
