COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W81K00-24-Q-0007 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-24-Q-0007 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20231222. This solicitation is for custom orthotics and prosthetic bracing for Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The period of performance is 01 February 2024 – 30 September 2024 plus two 12-month options. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 with a size standard of 800 employees. This acquisition is conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item purchase in accordance with FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. All offers are required to address and meet all evaluating factors in accordance with Addendum 52.212-2. The Point of Contact (POC) for this RFQ is Mr. Wayne Thompson.
