Sources Sought notice is a market research tool being used to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources. The intent of this Sources Sought notice is to provide non-personal logistical support services to the Logistics Division at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The contemplated contract type is Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and services will be performed in San Antonio, TX. Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought, the Government will determine the solicitation strategy. The Government intends to solicit as a competitive 8(a) set aside requirement for Logistics Support Services beginning 1 December 2023 (base plus four option years). A response to this Sources Sought notice will not be considered an adequate response to any forthcoming solicitation announcement. There is no solicitation available at this time. Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-W) is seeking eligible 8(a) business capable of providing a non-personal Logistics Support Services at BAMC. 103 Full Time Equivalent (FTEs) are required which include: Supply Technicians, Warehouse Specialists, Administrative Assistant III, Quality Assurance Specialists, Facility Planner, Drafter CAD Operators, Data Entry Specialist, Project Managers. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: It is requested that interested businesses submit to the Contracting Office a brief capabilities statement. This document shall address, at a minimum, the following: 1) Written narrative of Contractor’s capability to provide a non-personal logistical support service at BAMC; 2) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and applicable business size; 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran owned small business, or Service disabled veteran owned small business; and 3) Point of Contact information to include name, email address, telephone and fax numbers. 4) Please include the applicable NAICS code your company would perform this work under. 5) Any questions or comments. Responses must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM Central Daylight Time on Thursday, 27 April 2023 to rosalba.martinez1.civ@health.mil and cicely.d.simmons-carroll.civ@health.mil. The Government WILL NOT provide a debrief on the results of the survey and will not reimburse for any cost associated with preparing a response.
