COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W81K00-23-Q-0145 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-23- Q-0145 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will be not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20230720. This solicitation is for Bacterial & Fungal Surface Sample Test within a pharmaceutical compounding sterile preparation area which includes Bio-Safety Cabinets and Fume Hoods for three clinics at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, Texas. The period of performance is 1October 2023 - 30 September 2024 plus four 12-month options. Testing will not be performed/required for the months of May and November of each FY. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380 with a size standard of $19M. This acquisition is conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item purchase in accordance with FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. All offers are required to address and meet all evaluating factors in accordance with Addendum 52.212-2 and perform in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
