This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-23-Q-0088 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20230322. This solicitation is to obtain one (1) Wire/radar-Free Breast Localization for Biopsy System for Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado, Delivery Date in on of before 30 June 2023. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This acquisition is conducted full and open competition. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached. Offers are due on or before 24 May 2023/12:00 PM MST. Offers received after this date and time will be considered untimely and not eligible for award.
