The solicitation number is W81K00-23-Q-0083 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20230427. This solicitation is to obtain a BMRXP200 MRXperion Injector for Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached.
