C... 4 April 2023 Solicitation Amendment W81K00-23-Q-0051-0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: A. Provide answers to the questions submitted by industry. B. This ends the question and answer period. C. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain the same. Biomedical Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Maintenance and Calibration of Government Owned Equipment Contractor shall provide service for all Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) in accordance with Exhibit A TMDE Equipment List Clinical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Facilities Management, and Miscellaneous. This includes unlimited telephonic assistance, inspections, preventive maintenance, calibration, and scheduled parts replacement for all TMDE. The equipment will be identified as property of General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (GLWACH), 4430 Missouri Avenue, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, 65473. Base plus one (1) option year. Questions regarding this solicitation are to be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist by 30 March 2023 at 10:00 a.m. CST to fredicinda.d.jones.civ@health.mil; answers to all questions will be provided no later than 4 April 2023 3:00 PM CST.
