Updated 15 July 2022: to add PWS (draft) ================================ This is a presolicitation notice to notify the vendors about the upcoming solicitation, which will be posted on/about 20 July 2022. This requirement is for a Personal Services (as defined by FAR Subpart 37.104) and is intended to create an employer-employee relationship between the Government and the individual Health Care Providers (HCP) only to the extent necessary for providing the health care services required under the contract. The performance of health care services by the individual HCPs under a personal services contract are subject to day-to-day supervision and control by health care facility personnel comparable to that exercised over military and civil service HCPs engaged in comparable health care services. The Contractor shall provide the services of three (3) CMEs Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants for the Rapid Treatment Area (PA-RTA) and two (2) CMEs Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants in support of the Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant Graduate Medical Education (PA-GME) for duty at the Brooke Army Medical Center, Ft. Sam Houston, TX Period Of Performance is 1 October 2022 – 30 September 2023 with four 12 month option years.
