COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W81K00-22-Q-0190 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-22- Q-0190 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will be not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220623. This solicitation is s for Preventive Maintenance (Full Service Plan) for the government owned Medrad Stellant D CT Injection System and Spectris Solaris EP MR Injection System located at Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, Texas. The period of performance is 1 October 2022- 30 September 2023 plus two 12-month options. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 with a size standard of $22M. This acquisition is conducted as a full and open competition. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached. The following information is provided to assist Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, to identify potential business contractors to provide non-personal maintenance services for Government-owned MEDRAD Stellant D CT Injection System & Spectris Solaris EP MR Injection System. MEDRAD Stellant D CT Injection System & Spectris Solaris EP MR Injection System Full Maintenance shall include all labor, supplies, tools, materials, transportation, parts, software and equipment to perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and any other repairs, to include unlimited telephonic assistance and unlimited onsite maintenance repairs. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business size standard is $22M. The Government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this Sources Sought notice or otherwise pay for the information solicited herein.
