This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-22- Q-0174 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will be not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220623. This solicitation is to obtain a Stepper EX3 and Stabilizer for Ultrasound guided Brachytherapy or Equal for Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This acquisition is Full and Open. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached.
