The solicitation number is W81K00-22- Q-0151 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached.
