Provide answers to the questions submitted. B. To correct a technical glitch in the previous solicitation that was posted in draft format. There are no changes to the previous solicitation. C. This ends the Question and Answer period SOLICITATION W81K00-22-Q-0128 Attached is a solicitation for (4) Haag-Streit BQ 900 SLIT LAMP, Delivery, and Installation for Irwin Army Community Hospital, Fort Riley, Kansas 66442. In order to be considered for the proposed contract the appropriate contractor must: 1. Fill out pricing as appropriate for each of the items listed in the CLIN structure on the Solicitation: CLIN 0001 provide pricing for each unit and the total amount. Please note there are special instructions in the 52.212-1 ADDENDUM. These must be adhered to or the vendor will not be considered for award. Please read the 52.212-1 ADDENDUM and the 52.212-2 ADDENDUM carefully. 2. Proposed vendor MUST SIGN and DATE in blocks 15 a, b, and c. Please return the completed solicitation via email to fredicinda.d.jones.civ@mail.mil NLT 17 June 2022 by 12:00 a.m., Central Standard Time as noted in Block 8 of the solicitation. Quotes must be received by 17 June 2022 at 12:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). Untimely received quotes will NOT be considered for award.
