COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W81K00-22-Q-0098 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-22- Q-0098 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will be not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220428. The Department of Nursing Science (DNS) at the Army Medical Department Center and School (AMEDDC&S), Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement for Practical Nurse Exams to assist students who are enrolled in the Practical Nurse (68c) course pass the National Council of State Board of Nursing Licensure Examination (NCLEX-PN). This requirement is for 1 October 2022 to 30 September 2023. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 519130, Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals with a size standard of 1000. This acquisition will be conducted as a full and open competition. All eligible entities may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached. The Point of Contact (POC) for this RFQ is Gerry Coleman.
