The contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, supervision, management, equipment, transportation, materials, supplies, certification, and training, except as specified herein as Government-furnished, to provide laundry services to Irwin Army Community Hospital (IACH), Fort Riley, Kansas 66442-5037. The contractor shall collect soiled laundry, provide laundry services, and deliver clean laundry in accordance with the scope of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and its Technical Exhibits.
