Laundry Services for a Medical Treatment Facility (Refer to the Attached Request for Quote (RFQ): W81K00-21-R-0311). The Raymond W Bliss Army Heath Center, Fort Huachuca, AZ, has submitted a requirement to obtain laundry services for their facility. The contractor shall provide all facilities, management, labor, equipment, transportation and supplies necessary to perform laundry Services shall be in accordance with International Fabricare Institute (IFI), best standard commercial laundry and mandatory directives listed in Section 6. The Contractor shall ensure universal precautions (as discussed in 29 CFR, 1910.1030) are maintained while providing the laundry services. The Contractor shall collect soiled laundry, provide laundry services, and deliver clean laundry to RWBAHC. This requirement will have a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The estimated periods of performance are as follows: Base Period - 1 May 2021 to 30 April 2022 Option 1 - 1 May 2022 to 30 April 2023 Option 2 - 1 May 2023 to 30 April 2024 Option 3 - 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2025 Option 4 - 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2026 Option 4 - 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2026 Note: The periods of performance above are subject to change based on the date the solicitation is released.
