The solicitation number is W81K00-21- Q-0232 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will be not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20210224. This solicitation is to obtain Bulk Medical Oxygen and Nitrogen for Weed Army Community Hospital, Fort Irwin, CA. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing with a size standard of 1000 employees. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached.
