The requested items are a calibration and certification to an existing piece of equipment the Guardite Hypobaric Altitude Chamber. Model: 20M331, Serial Number: 61824010 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation number is W81K00-21-Q-0154 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance is 01 September 2021 through 31 August 2022 with four 12 month option periods. This procurement is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6515 and the NAICS Code is 811219 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit proposals. Quotes are due by 23 August 2020, at 10:00 AM, Central Standard Time (CST). The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. A single award may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered.
