The solicitation number is W81K00-21- Q-0135 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will be not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20210224. This solicitation is for Full Service Maintenance Contract for the Surgical Microscope (Pentero) located in the operating room at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $22,000,000.
