The Government is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal services of Ground Ambulance Services in support of the Department of Emergency Medicine at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Texas, and Fort Bliss, Texas. Services shall include staffing two (2) ambulance units at WBAMC and three (3) additional ambulance units at different locations within Fort Bliss. Coverage for the five (5) stations will be 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Staffing shall include Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedics (EMT-P), EMTs to perform Dispatcher services, a Senior Level EMT-Paramedic that will serve as an On-Site Program Manager, and a residency trained/board certified Emergency Medicine Physician that will serve as a Medical Director. The Ambulance Services include, but are not limited to: advanced life support ambulance service, transportation of remains, administrative transfers, transports to and from aero-medical evacuation sites, patient transports, and field ambulance services as defined in Army Regulation (AR) 40-3, Chapter 13 - Emergency Medical Services. This requirement is 100% set aside for SBA 8(a) participants.

The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central has a requirement for non-personal services to provide ground ambulance services in support of the Department of Emergency Medicine at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Texas, and Fort Bliss, Texas.
