The San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), has a requirement to obtain non-personal services of fifty (50) FTEs Telephone Appointment Clerks (TACs), one (1) FTE Project Administrator (PA) and one (1) FTE Alternate Project Administrator (PA) in support of the Consult and Appointment Management Office (CAMO) supporting San Antonio Military Health Systems. A base period of performance of 1 October 2020 - 30 September 2021 plus four (4) twelve-month option periods is contemplated. The current contract provides centralized consult and appointment management services for all military treatment facilities in the San Antonio area, including the San Antonio Military Medical Center, Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center, the 359th Medical Group-Randolph Air Force Base Clinic, and subordinate satellite clinics. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% set aside as an 8(a) competitive procurement. Therefore, only 8(a) certified Small Businesses will be considered. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with base year of twelve (12) months 1 October 2020 through 30 September 2021 plus four (4) option years twelve (12) month each. The Government reserves the right to exercise or not exercise the option periods as specified. The North American Industrial Classification System NAICS Code is 561421 with a small business size standard $16.5 million.
