The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central has a requirement for the maintenance and repair of Government-owned equipment at Brooke Army Medical Center and outlying clinics, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Specifically, the equipment requiring preventative maintenance and as-needed repairs are ScrubEx LV Dispensers, ScrubEx LV Receivers, ScrubEx MV Dispenser/Receivers, and AlEx LC Dispensers, in addition to Linen Management Software. The solicitation number is W81K00-20-Q-0050, and will be issued on an unrestricted (e.g., full and open) basis, on or about 12 March 2020 and close on or about 23 March 2020. Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the below POCs no later than 19 March 2020 at 12:00pm (Noon) CST. It is the intent of the Government to make one award for the entire requirement. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued, and telephoned/faxed requests for the solicitation will not be responded to. The solicitation will have all of the information necessary for the preparation and submission of offers. The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central (RHCO-C) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to find potential sources and their size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), Small Disadvantaged, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Women Owned, and Other-than-Small) that can provide services to maintain equipment manufactured by Innovative Product Achievements LLC relative to NAICS Code 811310 “Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance”. The equipment is utilized to store scrubs for all medical staff and equipment models are as follows: Scrub Ex LVD, Scrub Ex LVR, Scrub Ex MV Dispenser/receiver, and alEx. All equipment is located at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) and surrounding clinics within San Antonio Texas. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the Government in formulating its acquisition strategy. RHCO-C is seeking the following information (please answer paragraph below with your response): 1. Company name, DUNS number, CAGE code, and point of contact information (including phone number and email address). 2. Size of business with regards to North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310 “Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance” to include any applicable socio-economic categories (e.g., Hubzone, 8(a), Small Disadvantage, Service Disable Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Women Owned, and Other-than-Small). 3. Capability Statement (limited to three pages), describing how vendor would successfully deliver the services as required by the attached draft performance work statement (PWS), to include providing factory-trained technicians and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts.
