This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K00-20-Q-0048 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20190430. This solicitation is for a Piezosurgery Touch Device Unit and accessories for William Beaumont Medical Center, Fort Bliss, TX. The delivery date is 2 April 2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339114, with a size standard of 750 employees. This procurement is being conducted as a Small Business Set Aside. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. The salient characteristics are as follows: Must have seven (7) flow levels: from 0 to 6 for Endodontic and Periodontal surgeries Must have a Light function on touch screen for handpiece LED system Must have an Operating frequency of 24 KHz to 36 KHz with an automatic scan Power supply voltage 100-240 Vac 50/60 Hz Must have a touch screen with adjustable cutting and irrigation settings (flow levels) for Endodontic, and Periodontal surgeries Operating temperature from +10°C to +40°C. Pump tubing must withstand up to eight (8) sterilization cycles. Must have a one year warranty on handpiece and handpiece cord. Must be able to deliver air pressure of P: 800hPa/1060hPa.
