Notice of Intent to Extend Services on a Sole Source Contract The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to issue a sole source modification to Mesa Laboratories Inc. to extend services on contract W81K00-18-P-0206 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The extension period of performance is 1 October 2020 to 31 March 2021. The original contract requirement was posted to then-Government Point of Entry, FedBizOpps, on 23 February 2018, under solicitation number W81K00-18-T-0114. The applicable NAICS code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a current size standard of $22.0M. Mesa Laboratories Inc. is the only authorized provider to service the Government-owned AmegaView Environmental Monitoring System. Issuance of this contract modification will be on or after 10 September 2020. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement shall include information of sufficient detail to demonstrate that they are able to provide similar OEM software support and upgrades.
