The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center-Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) has a requirement to purchase custom-made integration brackets that allow the Deployable Metering and Monitoring System (DMMS) to integrate meters with the Expeditionary Portable Power Unit (EPPU). The requirement also includes installation services and end-use training for the ERDC-CERL Warfighter Engineering Team. Synergy 812 LLC is the only supplier that can meet the requirements for the integration brackets while ensuring no loss of functionality on either the DMMS or EPPU equipment. Synergy 812 LLC is the only vendor found with the following unique combination of experiences: Background developing custom power equipment brackets using aluminum Knowledge of Army standards for power equipment and rugged military requirements Ability to conduct end-user training on-site at ERDC-CERL upon delivery Therefore ERDC-CERL intends to award on a sole source basis to Synergy 812 LLC in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is not a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Any interested party that believes they can fulfill this requirement should submit a capability statement to be reviewed. All submissions will be considered, however there is no guarantee that submissions in response to this notice will in any way alter the Government’s acquisition strategy. Responses to this notice will not be considered as a response to any solicitation, a request to be added to a prospective offerors list, or to receive a copy of any solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
