The US Army Corps of Engineers, Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement for HBM brand amplifiers and data acquisition equipment. Please review the attached Request for Quotes for full details on the requirement, for applicable clauses and provisions, and for evaluation criteria for offers received, as well as the brand name justifications. In addition to the requirements of 52.212-1, the offeror shall include their proposed delivery schedule for all items to be delivered, and include evidence of their coordination with the equipment manufacturer on that schedule.
