Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) to METCON, 805 Shadden Road, Gray, TN 37615-4243. METCON is the only responsible source that can provide USACE Reachback Operation Center (UROC) with daily weather and climate data that will be disseminated to ERDC customers through the UROC for military planning and operations and contingency response missions.
