The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District is seeking sources for Market Research to support the services listed below for NAICS Code is 561720 - Janitorial Services. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $19.5 million, and the Project Service Code is S201 – Housekeeping- Custodial Janitorial. Interested parties are sought to provide Janitorial Services for the Lake Sonoma Park Headquarters, Milt Brandt Visitor Center, and Don Clausen Fish Hatchery. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to conduct the Janitorial Services. NO AWARD will be made from this Sources Sought. NO SOLICITATION, OR SCOPE OF SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. Potential Offerors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the described services are invited to provide feedback via email to: james.neal@usace.army.mil All responses will be analyzed in order to determine the appropriate strategy for a potential future acquisition. Particularly, the purpose of this NOTICE is to gain knowledge of potential small business sources including certified HUBZone small business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned small business, Veteran-Owned small business, Certified 8(a) small business, Women-Owned small business, etc. Other than Small Business may respond to this notice in the event the market does not indicate significant Small Business interest. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be 1 Base Year and 4 Option years. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is on or around June 2020. An official synopsis citing the solicitation number will be issued on beta.sam.gov and inviting firms to register electronically to receive a copy of the solicitation when it is issued. Firms responding to this sources sought notice, who fail to provide all the required information requested, will not be used to help by the government to make the acquisition decision, which is the intent of this sources sought announcement.
