The government will not issue paper copies Section A The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, will procure a brand specific PMT pressure meter as further detailed in the Statement Of Work. This solicitation will result in an award based on lowest price technically accepted as best meets the needs of the Government. All responsible, qualified businesses may submit an offer which will be considered by the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers.
