This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Campbell Scientific, Inc. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered. This is a sole source requirement for the calibration and repair of CS110 Electric Field Meters (EFM) owned by Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), Meteorology (MET) branch. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Electric Field Meter Calibration and Repair as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and PWS for additional specification and details.
