Deep Cleaning and Preservation Services is a janitorial service that involves cleaning the training facility, which will be a fixed firm contract. The Barracks facility consists of a total of six builings five soldier barracks which are two story buildings, one dayroom, two bathrooms with showers, 30 student bedrooms. One instructor barracks which is a two story buidling with a dayroom, and 23 bedroom with a kitchen, and bathroom in each room. Student Barracks BLDG’s contain 30 Barracks Room each. With Each floor having their own common room and latrine Area. The first floors of all the barracks have a storage closet. Each room is measured in Feet. Width 177x Length 145x. Dayroom Measurements 17 1/2w x 47ft. Instructor's barracks BLDG 1152 Each Floor has 12 Individual rooms and a kitchen and bathroom as well. Measurement for rooms are 2x (16ft by 13ft) Bathroom 8ft by 6 1/2 ft. First Floor has a Janitors Closet, Both have their own laundry rooms. The service will promote a clean and sanitary environment in order to meet accreditation, as well as the Army Food Protection and Public Health Sanitation standards. The service will also, support the training center to enhance the training environment.to enable Soldiers to engage, absorb, and apply the knowledge that they acquire during their NCOPDS and OES courses. Below are service that will be performed. Perform the following services Deep clean for all areas annual and Quarterly cleaning for dayrooms, bathrooms, and hallways: General: Sweep, Mop, Clean Floor drains and grates cleared, floor scrubbed clean and residue and dirt in corners to be removed, tile base and cove base wiped cleaned, sinks cleaned, walls wiped down, and removed all excess water and puddles. Bedrooms & Dayrooms: Remove furniture including desks, chairs, and podium to do a carpet cleaning and vacuum floors. Wipe down desks, windows, and window blinds. Hallways & Stairways: Sweep and wax hallways and stair way, wipe down stairway guards, clean off doors and glass doors. Bathrooms: Wiped down toilets, scrub toilet bowl and Showers, wipe down sinks, wax bathroom floors. Start date period for contract: FY25 between Oct-Sept 2025. Request contract 3-4 year period.
