The contractor s... The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Bragg intends to solicit and award a single Firm Fixed Priced contract. The Contractor shall remove failed power boards. The contractor shall provide and install (4) Vertiv NetSure 7100 power boards or equivalent w/4 3500 rectifiers. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, and materials necessary to perform operations necessary. Existing batteries will be removed and disposed by the contractor per Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) guidance at Building 4-2843, Fort Bragg, N.C. for the 93rd Network Enterprise Technology Command. The project completion is estimated to be 90 days from receipt of contract award. See Statement of Work and Rectifier Salient Characteristics. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (services) prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334419 (Other Electronic Component Manufacturing) and the business size standard is $750 Employees. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation. The Contractor shall provide the below listed items to include all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, licenses, quality control, and other items and services necessary to complete this contract in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics. The Government may award without discussions; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in the Government’s best interest.
