This solicitation is a total set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 333923, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Willamette Valley Project (WVP), Portland District, Army Corps of Engineers, is replacing obsolete control equipment parts, as well as other parts causing intermittent operation of the Broadline crane.
