The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06. This solicitation has been set aside for 100% Small Business under NAICS 335999 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will deem an offeror ineligible for award.
