This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is anticipated for release on SAM.gov on or around August 5, 2025 for copier maintenance services on 90 government-owned Canon MFP machines throughout Nevada for the Army National Guard. The anticipated solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price per copy purchase order covering a base 12-month period with four 12-month option periods. The Performance Work Statement is attached. This is not a request for responses. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or contract award.
