All responsible and responsive businesses may submit an offer for consideration. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. The RFQ will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov no later than 24 August 2019. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates subject to change without notice.
