This requirement is a meeting/conference space with hotel rooms to promote pre- and post-deployment briefings for military members and families. Please note that the requirement mandates that a hotel must be within 80 miles of Charleston, West Virginia, in order to facilitate travel for members of the 130th Airlift Wing (Charleston, WV) and the 167th Airlift Wing (Martinsburg, WV).
