Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Maryland Air National Guard requires HVAC maintenance, repair, construction, diagnostics, and alterations for systems supporting approximately 55 facilities at the Martin State Airport base. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a total ordering period of five years. All work will be performed at the Maryland Air National Guard Base located at Martin State Airport. Contractors must be able to respond to emergencies at the airport within 120 minutes from their main office.
