This requirement is for the lease of twenty (20) non-tactical vehicles (NTVs) that provides safe and operational vehicle transportation for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Expeditionary District (TAE) personnel in Kuwait, to include fifteen (15) mid-sized SUVs and five (5) full-size crew cab pickup trucks. Vehicles shall be in new or in like new condition (less than 20,000 kilometers) and model year 2023 or newer at the time of acceptance. Proposal submission is required only through the Army?s Electronic File Sharing Service, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) (https://piee.eb.mil/).**Please note that no amendments or date and time extensions are anticipated for this solicitation, so please ensure timely submittal of proposals.** (Amendment 0001): In response to the ProjNet inquiries and the Government responses, this amendment is to add language to paragraph 1.5 of the PWS, update the requirements to section 5.2.2 of the PWS, and remove the requirements within Section L, under paragraph 3, for item numbers 6, 7, and 8. Also, this amendment is to close ProjNet for any further inquiries and to provide an attachment of the Government responses to all of the submitted inquiries. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation, including the proposal due date, remain unchanged.
