(AMENDMENT 0002) This amendment is to close ProjNet for any further inquiries and to provide an attachment of the Government responses to all of the submitted inquiries. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation, including the proposal due date, remain unchanged. (AMENDMENT 0001) This amendment is to correct the definition of Recency under Evaluation Criteria for Factor 3 - Past Performance, to match the Submission Requirements section for Factor 3. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation, including the proposal due date, remain unchanged.***IMPORTANT: This solicitation is restricted only for vendors on the Asayish List. Proposals from vendors not on the Asayish List will not be reviewed or accepted.*** This requirement is being solicited as design-build for the construction of a Vehicle Maintenance (VM) Hardstand Building located at Erbil Air Base (EAB) in Iraq. The Contractor is responsible for designing all aspects of this project in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW). Work consists of the demolition and removal of an existing concrete slab and metal framed building, design and installation of new electrical and mechanical systems (to include power connection and service, new lights and receptacles, split-pack units, and new supply/exhaust fans), design and installation of a metal building system (MBS) and foundation, and all work as required in accordance with the concept drawings and technical specifications.
