Bidders Must Acknowledge and Sign All Amendments. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Transatlantic Expeditionary District (TAE) requires local national personnel to provide technical assessment services and construction support services for its continued operations in certain portions of the TAE Area of Operations (AOR). Technical assessment services generally consist of engineering assessments of specific locations and documenting the results in a report. The assessment does not include recommendations or engineering solutions. The portions of the TAE AOR that will require these services are Iraq, Syria, and Central and Southern Asia (CASA). CASA consists of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, and The Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzstan). This contract shall consist of one firm fixed price, performance-based personal services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Single Award Task Order Contract in support of USACE construction efforts, including Foreign Military Sales (FMS), throughout Iraq, Syria, and the CASA. The services to be contracted for include project and program management, contract administration, engineering, quality assurance, real estate, and administrative support. The Contractor shall perform all requirements to the standards in this contract.
