The project consists of the design-build construction of a two-story ARCENT Readiness Training Center (ARTC) Search House with pre-engineered building (PEB), simulated tunnel system, and associated site work. The project consists of construction of one (1) Search House, site grading and drainage, survey, geotechnical investigation, concrete foundations, power distribution to the building and simulated tunnel system. The scope of the Search House construction will consist of living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, AAR, utility, electric room, simulated basement etc.Building footprint is 615 square meters (37.5mX16.4m). The exterior of this building will be prefinished insulated metal wall panels on structural steel frame. The roof will be prefinished insulated metal panel in a gable configuration over steel structure. No water and sewer services will be needed for the building. No utility connection to appliances and plumbing is needed. An above-ground simulated tunnel system consisting of Reinforced Concrete Pipes and four (4) concrete entryways will be installed. The pipe size for tunnel is 1.83m in diameter and of RGRCP, ASTM C-76. **Amendment 0001 - Clause 52.236-27 has been updated to revise the site visit Information, and to attach the past performance assessment and questionnaire to the solicitation. **Amendment 0002 - provides clarification on page numbering and adds site visit information. **Amendment 0003 - Updates plans and specs and bonding information.
